It’s the same great program offered on Monday evenings (6:30–8:00 p.m.) and Tuesday afternoons (1:00–2:30 p.m.), but now you can participate from the comfort of your own home. These online sessions will be offered concurrently with our Monday and Tuesday offerings as well as exclusively online on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00pm to 4:30pm.
