You will receive all necessary forms to enroll your child when you attend our annual Open House, or when you come in for a private tour. New Student Registration Requirements:
To register a new student for K4 through Grade 8, please present the following:
Completed Registration Form (Form D)
Registration Fee of $75.00 (non-refundable, not required for Choice applicants)
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
Tuition Contract (Form C) (not required for Choice applicants)
We Share Tuition Authorization Form (not required for Choice applicants)
