St. John the Evangelist's Adult Confirmation Program is designed for Catholics who have been baptized, received first Eucharist, and were educated in the faith through Catholic religious education programs, but never received the sacrament of confirmation.

The Adult Confirmation Program is an overview of the essentials of the faith that prepares adults to receive the sacrament of confirmation. This is a dynamic program of adult formation that combines lectures and presentations with bible reflections and prayer.

The sessions cover the essentials of the faith such as scripture and tradition, Jesus Christ, the Church, prayer and spirituality, Eucharist and worship, Catholic social teaching, the sacraments and more. Candidates will also prepare for the Sacrament of Reconciliation for those who have never participated in this sacrament or who have not experienced the healing power of the sacrament for a number of years.
